Arranging a small, cozy bedsit

Light and warmth. These two are often missing in the modern-day architecture. Comfortable, glossy and also "inhumane" plastic and glass accessories have lots of fans. Yet, there are just as many who want their home to be a cozy place where they can soothe their senses. A Vietnamese designer - Koj - created this interior based on simple ideas. Nothing is too startling here and that was not the purpose. The flat is comfortable; it's the kind you would crave for on a windy autumn afternoon. This tiny apartment has been divided by a wall which does not encapsulate the bedroom, however. The additional opening is the window recess - there are plants on the window sill. The wooden door-frame is reminiscent of homogenous arrangement. The closet is very much in line - it's closed, it introduces order and it's tuned in with the floor color, which emphasizes the brightness dominant in this flat. The movable table, a stool used as a bedside cabinet and the fact that all the little objects are hidden from sight all protect this bedsit against perilous disorder.
